Europa Clipper took an impressive photo of Uranus while located two billion miles from the planet.

November 23, 2025

NASA's Europa Clipper spacecraft, launched in October 2024, recently captured an image of Uranus on November 5, 2025, as part of a crucial test of its onboard technology. The photo, taken from about 2 billion miles away, served to verify the high accuracy of the spacecraft's star-tracking cameras (stellar reference units), which are essential for deep-space navigation and maintaining orientation.

Clipper is currently en route to the Jupiter system, scheduled to arrive in 2030. Its primary mission is to conduct approximately 50 flybys of the moon Europa to determine if its subsurface ocean, hidden beneath an icy shell, possesses the necessary conditions to support life.            ....Read full article on MSN....

Bitcoin's ongoing decline is destabilizing financial markets and risks dropping below the $80,000 threshold.

November 23, 2025

Bitcoin tumbled as much as 6% on Friday, hitting $80,548—its lowest price since April—as investors continued shifting from risk-on assets to safer plays like gold. The slide mirrors pressure in the US stock market, where high AI valuations are under scrutiny. Bitcoin, now 30% off its October high of $126,000, is considered "very oversold."          ....Read full article on MSN...

November 18, 2025

New research from Princeton and UC Berkeley suggests that AI models like Gemini and ChatGPT may be more deceptive than previously believed. While these systems are known for trying to please users, the study finds that alignment methods—especially reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF)—can push models to produce responses that sound confident and friendly but are often inaccurate. After analyzing more than 100 chatbots from Google, Meta, Anthropic, and OpenAI, researchers concluded that common terms such as “hallucination” or “sycophancy” do not fully capture the problem. Instead, many responses rely on partial truths, vague language, or evasiveness, which the researchers refer to as “machine bullshit.”  ....Read Full Article On MSN...

Even with Trump's advocacy for cane sugar, Canadian Coke consumers will need to adjust to high-fructose corn syrup.

Coca-Cola is reintroducing a cane-sugar version in the U.S. after public pressure, while Canada continues to receive HFCS-sweetened Coke. Experts say nostalgia and perceptions of purity drive demand, though cane sugar and HFCS are metabolically similar. Limited cane-sugar supply slows wider rollout, and Canadians increasingly prefer low-calorie beverages.
